superph11 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "superph11," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at superph11.vip and all associated services, games, and features made available thereunder.
• "User," "Player," or "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the superph11 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the superph11 registration process.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" refers to the Philippine Peso (₱) funds held within a Player's superph11 account, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by superph11.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by superph11 before a Player may make withdrawals or access certain account features.
• "RNG" refers to the certified Random Number Generator technology used to determine game outcomes on the superph11 platform.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

To be eligible to register a superph11 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are accessing superph11 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of superph11, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously had a superph11 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful.

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. superph11 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, or source of funds. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, and voter's ID.

Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their superph11 account credentials, including their username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to their registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) superph11 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If superph11 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all such accounts may be suspended, and any balances held therein may be forfeited without prior notice.

You agree to notify superph11 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. superph11 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered name, date of birth, or identity documents must be supported by valid documentation and submitted to the superph11 support team for review.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including superph11 support staff — we will never ask for your password.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for additional account security.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to superph11 support immediately via live chat.

All financial transactions on superph11 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). superph11 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya — instant deposits; withdrawals processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank — processing times may vary depending on the receiving bank's clearing schedule.

The minimum deposit amount on superph11 is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. superph11 does not charge fees on GCash or PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts.

superph11 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

In the event that a deposit is made in error or a transaction is disputed, the Player must contact superph11 support within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction date. superph11 will investigate all disputes in good faith but cannot guarantee reversal of completed transactions.

superph11 implements anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Transactions that trigger AML thresholds may be subject to enhanced due diligence, temporary holds, or reporting to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

superph11 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General bonus terms applicable to all superph11 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• superph11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable advance notice will be provided to affected Players.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will be voided and the associated account may be suspended.

All games available on the superph11 platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, Plinko, and table games — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

All game outcomes on superph11 are determined by certified RNG technology. The RNG systems used on the platform are independently tested and certified to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including superph11 itself.

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. The conduct of live dealer games is governed by the rules displayed within the live game interface. In the event of a technical failure during a live game session, the round may be declared void and all wagers returned to Players' accounts.

superph11 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a technical error, software malfunction, or any other circumstance that has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome. In such cases, affected Players will be notified and any wagers placed on the affected round will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the superph11 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of superph11.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one superph11 account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software to place wagers or interact with the superph11 platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, false information, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Money Laundering: Using superph11 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to otherwise facilitate money laundering in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to superph11's systems, databases, or other Players' accounts.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to legitimate superph11 transactions.

superph11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or daily life, superph11 encourages you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all superph11 account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.

All content on the superph11 platform, including but not limited to the superph11 name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of superph11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the superph11 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any superph11 content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on superph11 content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any superph11 software;
• Use superph11 branding, trademarks, or logos without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of superph11 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, superph11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions on the Player's end;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a Player's account due to the Player's failure to maintain account security;
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on inaccurate game information or promotional terms;
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or circumstances beyond superph11's reasonable control.

superph11's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their superph11 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

superph11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering a superph11 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

superph11 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect Player data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and superph11 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

superph11 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable Philippine law.

superph11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, superph11 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the superph11 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting superph11 support.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the superph11 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact the superph11 support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines with jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent superph11 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
